Are BUNSA products cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our products are cruelty-free. We don’t test our products or ingredients on animals.

Do BUNSA products use parabens?

Never! We use quality ingredients in our products, including natural botanicals, and thoughtful, holistic formulation with minimal to no preservatives.

Will Soul Mist get me high?

No, our products can't give you a recreational high as they're free of THC (psychoactive) substances.

Is the Soul Mist safe for those with sensitive skin?

Yep! However, we always recommend that you review the ingredients with your doctor or a certified professional if you have any known sensitivities.

What is the expiration date/shelf life before/after opening the Soul Mist?

Your new facial mist can last up to 6 months after opening.

How do I find out about new BUNSA products?

Join our club to be in the know of new products, balancing stories, and other vitalizing inspirations by signing up for our mailing list. We promise to be mindful of your inbox.

Where is my order?

Orders placed at bunsabeauty.com will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation to the e-mail address provided at purchase. For anything else, you can reach us at hello@bunsabeauty.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, we are doing our best to keep up with the ever-changing regulatory landscape in international markets. For the time being, we do not currently ship products outside the U.S.

What is your returns policy?

Because we make our products in small batches to preserve potency and quality, all sales are final. However, we love hearing from customers and are always looking to improve future formulations and products, so if you have any suggestions, please email us.
